Tom Castermans is the founder of the O-Rouge brand. He discovers motorsport very early on and feeds his passion by spending his weekends and school vacations walking the circuits. From the age of 16, he becomes a race car mechanic learns all the ins-and-outs related to racing. Tom nevertheless continued his engineering studies and worked, among others, as track engineer on a Oreca Dodge Viper in FIA-GT. He finished his professional motorsports career working in the Formula 1 industry, where he developed helmets for the most rewarded drivers. The O-Rouge team knows all facets of motorsport and applies its knowledge to transpose it to the simulators which are now reaching a level of spectacular realism.

In 2012, Tom established the company Tenco DDM which, with industrial facilities, develops products manufactured in small series. Each simulator therefore benefits from perfect details during its development and manufacturing and the team continues to improve and complete their products to always enhance the experience of his user.

Koert Ketelslegers joined Tom at O-Rouge in 2022 as Development manager. He brings a remarkable combination of skills and passion to the team. With a background in IT consultancy and an unwavering dedication to sim racing, he possesses a unique set of talents. Born and raised between the esteemed Belgian racing tracks of Zolder and Maasmechelen, Koert's passion for cars and racing has been nurtured since childhood.

After establishing his consulting company in Switzerland in 2006, Koert successfully sold it in 2020, paving the way for a new career trajectory. He furthered his knowledge by completing a postgraduate program that delved into the business aspects of Esports. It was during this period that he crossed paths with Tom, and together they founded Arnage Competition, a professional Esports racing team, in 2021.

Combining his consultancy experience with his love for sim racing, Koert joined O-Rouge in September 2022 where he does business development in the broadest sense of the word, from strategic planning to partnerships and revenue generation.

Passionate about motorsports from an early age, Alexandre Vromant joined O-Rouge in 2022 as an engineer. He brings his expertise by combining his technical skills with his experience as a high-level driver.

Alexandre grew up near France's iconic circuits, Le Mans and Magny-Cours, where he discovered the world of motorsports at a young age. At just seven years old, he began karting. Selected for Pôle Espoir France, he finished as vice-champion of France in karting in 2012 and 5th in the Trophée Académie in 2014. This experience on the track gave him an in-depth understanding of driving techniques and vehicle dynamics. In 2021, Alexandre met Tom and Koert when he joined Arnage Competition, the professional Esports racing team they founded. As an official Esports driver for several years, he competed in the 24 Hours of Le Mans Virtual in 2018 and secured a 13th-place finish.

With a degree in mechanical engineering and extensive expertise in racing simulation, Alexandre joined O-Rouge in June 2022 with the mission of developing high-end racing simulators. His role includes system design, fine-tuning, and personalized coaching.
